Erin Panepucci Elgin has extensive experience in handling administrative and customer service positions based in IL. She worked with Beacon Hill Staffing in Chicago for approximately a year. At this company, she worked as an Administrative Assistant/Academic Coordinator, and fulfilled a variety of responsibilities. These included greeting clients and evaluating their needs and directing them to appropriate departments along with managing all aspects of the office and keeping constant flow and balance of all duties. She handled multiple phone calls, scheduled appointments while meeting assignment goals. In addition, she also copied and scanned documents into electronic form and set appointments in Outlook/Google Calendar, performed inventory check and reconciled orders and assisted management with planning and executing special events and workshop.

At Illinois Coalition for Community Services, she served as a Community Organizer for over 2 years. She was involved in a slew of operations including researching; assessing and surveying local residential needs by finding solutions to improve their communities. She also recruited volunteers to expand the roots of the community projects.
