Erin N. Panepucci has experience in program management, retail beverage, administrative support, and the education industry. She has worked as an Administrative Assistant and Elementary School Teacher, and handled diverse range of roles and responsibilities.

Erin N. Panepucci supports various charitable causes, and contributes for the efforts aimed at community development. She is a supporter of Live Out Loud Charity. The Miss United Nations 2015 Sherrie Gearheart founded this organization after she lost her childhood friend to suicide. The organization was launched with an annual fashion show, in which important issues about physical, mental health were discussed among the youth, families, and the community. The founder started Leadership Academy to inspire, educate, and lead future leaders.

The founder Sherrie Gearheart holds various suicide prevention certificates – The Jason Foundation, Diploma in Mental Health Studies from AMEDD, ASIST, Tufts School of Medicine, Society for the Prevention of Teen Suicide, QPR Institute, Trevor Project, Mental Health and Illness Training from Open University, Mental Health Studies – Suicide, Violent Behavior, and Substance Abuse.

Live Out Loud Charity is a non-profit organization aimed at serving those who are at risk of committing suicide. They organize a series of public events in America and internationally, and provide free suicide prevention training. Their ambassadors and spokespersons has benefited and educated millions of individuals on depression and suicide prevention topics across the world.

Erin N. Panepucci has participated in Dr. Seuss Run for Literacy in Balboa Park, San Diego. She was among the 6500 people who run the mile-long stretch from Sixth Avenue and Maple Street to the finish line in the south of Laurel Street. The race coordinator Lynn Flanagan said, “It has been eight years since the first race was launched to raise funds for literacy. The event has been grown successfully.”
